Sabrina Scarpa ( 1991 ) discovered her interest in photography around six years ago,
during her studies at the grafisch lyceum Rotterdam.
Soon after, developed a strong passion for this form of art.

After three years of study at the fotoacademie ( photo academy ) Amsterdam she moves to China,
where she currently resides. Here she works together with her boyfriend and Chinese photographer Ning Kai.

I find it fascinating to take pictures of the small occurrences in daily live.
With my photographs I want to show how beautiful the world is.
If we would simply look around us and be open to the unexpected beauty of every day,
we would discover a world beyond the ordinary.
For these explorers there is a journey waiting.
A journey of seeing.

I’m proud to say that she has been complimenting my work for some years now.

I hope that our journey of exploring and seeing together may continue for a long time and
I look forward to our next encounter!
